yeah, i could only see them being worth anything only to player collectors. If i can get em for under a buck, i may do it. But ive got enough invested in the rest of my stuff that i should work on that first.

The way I see it, if you don't get them today, you'll see them somewhere else tomorrow.

Sports games for PS1 & newer are typically worthless, regardless of the player.

Here would be a few to look out for:

International Superstar Soccer 2000 - N64
NBA Elite 11 - PS3
NCAA Basketball 10 - xBox360 (PS3 as well, but worth less)
NCAA Basketball 2k3 - Gamecube

The cheapest one on eBay sold for $16, and it was disc only.

If you find it, buy it and hang onto it until late April/early March. Might catch a premium.

Unless you meant 2k3, but that's still worth a pickup.

From what I can see, '09 might be worth snagging too if it's cheap enough. They look like they sell in the $6-$15 range. 2010 is the granddaddy though, because it's the most updated college basketball game out there. They stopped being produced after that one.

2k3 is going to be the only game of that era to be worth anything, strictly based on rarity.

So this might be my new favorite thing to do. I sold the hat, and the AZ Wildcat jacket from my first post for a total of $87. So I'm up around $50 from the first purchase with 5 items remaining.

Today I went out and spent $62 on items to sell, and got 2 shirts for myself that I've always wanted. Here's the haul:

Morehead State Under Armour Zip Up

Avirex Jacket, recognized the brand name took a gamble...might make $15 or so

Thought this was kind of neat, even though my name's not Marc. There was no tag so I got it for $2.99 and 50% off

This huge 3x Parka type jacket. Not sure which Wildcats these are, can't think of any local HS teams. Brand is birdie which looks like it made some college jackets at some point.

Fake leather sleeved Incredibles jacket. Saw some good completed sales on eBay.

Last example on ebay (same size and everything) sold for $127

So in total since I started doing this, I have all the items listed above- and 5 nice jackets already listed for $12

This really is super fun to do. It totally gives me something to do on my days off when Jens at work and i have the young one with me. And its a blast when you happen upon half off days and such...

Yep, it's helping me not go insane while I wait for these companies to get back to me after interviews.

To answer my own question from earlier, I'm having better success at stores that are close to the higher end neighborhoods.
