I guess I'll be that guy and say that the most frustErating thing I've seen lately is the title of this thread.
That and my failure to get above the curve when prices do rise. There's a card that regularly sells for $50-60, but I think it should be more like $40. By the time I'm ready to pay $60, it's up to $75. By the time I talk myself into $75, it's $100. Then I'm bottom-feeding hoping to only pay double what I think it should actually sell for.
