whats with all the Kyrie redemption autos on ebay?

i'm looking to get a nice Kyrie auto, but aside from the 3-4 that have been released, there are a ton of sketchy-looking redemptions that are fetching north of $100 on ebay. what products are these from, and are they definitely for Kyrie?

Because of the lockout last season, Panini released draft pick redemptions in 3-4 of their products. They then held a live draft last month where they drew names and assigned them to the XRC code. Here is the full list:

There are live ones out there of non-redemptions too and redemptions will hit ebay as soon as they are received as well so you can *see* what you are getting.
