I've picked up a few of those here and there, but never really focused on them. I have been a dedicated Strat-O-Matic player since 1993 and have many of Will's Strat cards. They should be fairly easy to identify. One thing to note is that Strat cards are printed the year after the season in question, so his 1986 card is printed and released in early 1987. I also believe he would have two cards for 2000, one on the Orioles and one on the Cardinals.

Without any documentation I'm not sure I'd see the reason to grab it but I'm no jersey expert in terms of issued / used etc

Cool thanks! You actually tagged me in that thread but I never saw it. We're you able to identify the ones you were questioning? I don't have any like those. The ABC one, is the number at the top of the card referring to the player jersey #?

Lol, That game card collection went to the back burner shortly after I dug that post up. As far as the number the answer is no. That card number up top is 17 and O'neill was 21 with both the Reds and Yankees. These things can drive you nuts IDing them.

O'neill avg 252, 16 HR and 73 RBI match all my other '88 game card stats.

Ok , thanks . I figured the stats match , just wondered if something else on there made it stand out. If some one was gonna list those cards for sale it would be extremely time consuming to compare stats in a year to see who it referred to individually.

I agree complety. When I bought the collection off a one time O'neill rival he had a list ready to sell them individually. This was a nightmare trying to compare to my list. It was easier to buy the whole collection and compare in person. Yeah the duplication sucks but I'm glad I did because some of my dupes had some variations which I know some of us player collectores go nuts for.
