I'm pretty sure those were inserts from the old Baseball Cards Magazine - I still remember reading the editor's note saying they weren't going to be putting the sheets into the magazine [probably due to licensing issues].

Thats exactly what these are, inserts from the old Baseball Card Magazine. While not promos they are pretty cool but I think the value is very limited.

i used to love the old Baseball cards magazine, i still have probably 10-15 old issues here.
