Anybody had trouble with the Rochester USPS sort facility?

Just wondering as I had a package recently come to me ripped in half with all of the contents missing. I seem to remember some people complaining about a sort facility on the East Coast and I'm wondering if this is the same one?

I would rate them as the best in the entire world for getting my cards/mail through their facility. I never have more than 2-3 days to the West coast from Southwestern NY.

Sorry you had a problem? Are you sure it happened there?

There is a proposal now to close the Buffalo sorting location and shift the mail sorting to Rochester. If that happens I think mail out of that facility might slow down.

I'm currently having an issue with the Springfield, MA facility. I've had a card that I sold stuck there for 9 days. Any suggestions?
