Hi everyone, first of all wanted to wish everyone a happy holidays and new year! Probably going to be repeating many "end of year recap" threads but since I haven't posted much of my most recent pickups thought I would start my own thread focused on my Pedro Martinez and Mike Piazza personal collections. For Pedro I collect all of his stuff, for Piazza mostly pre-2002 stuff and Dodgers gamed-used cards.
In short, it was a pretty good year, and I hope it continues in 2013
Here they are, in no particular order Have added some commentary:
1996 Select Mirror Gold - 90s player collectors know how hard these can be to track down. Picked up a raw Pedro with peel still on and it was a beauty
1998 Flair Showcase Masterpiece Row 0 - my first Pedro 90s 1/1!
1998 Pinnacle Certified Mirror Red Test Issue - love the card and the mystery around they came to the market
1998 Select Jersey Number Quasar Level One #00/00
1999 Fleer Tradition Starting Nine /9 - one of the quickest BINs I have ever hit
1997 Donruss Signature Autographs Century /100:
2004 Prime Cuts 1/1
2005 Throwback Theads Prime /5:
1997 Pinnacle Fanfest Playing Card:
1997 Topps Gallery Peter Max Signature Series Serigraphs /40:
1999 Bowman Chrome Gold Refractors /25:
