Is there a professional way of doing this? Does BGS or another company offer a service along these lines at all? Been wondering about this for a while...

Thanks.

Honestly, it's the easiest thing to do, so why pay? Take plyers to the top right corner twist till it breaks. Then pry it open carefully with a screw driver (Flat).

Test it on a worthless card first. That's what I did. Then I did it on the card I really wanted to get out of a holder.
