For approximately the last three hours, I have not been able to log into Paypal. I attempt to log in and the main screen either times out or it goes to an error screen.
I spoke to Paypal about this issue and they stated that it is a system-wide issue and they are aware of it.
As of ~10 minutes ago they gave an ETA of somewhere around two hours for the issue to be resolved.
