So whats the story on Evan Gattis bowman chrome "test" cards?

Maybe I missed the thread but the only bc cards of him are non autographed (actually, missing the auto yet cert stamp is printed) "test" cards.

And they only seem to be colored refs, nothing base.

Supposedly they are backdoored test proofs. Only time I saw ever saw these selling on eBay was all from one seller in Indiana.
