I wasn't able to make a gift payment to someone a week ago. I then re-tried on my iPad, and it worked.

I'm having the same problem this morning, can't make any ebay payments.

I just had a buyer try 11 times before it worked. It failed for me yesterday as well. On my iPhone with eBay mobile it worked fine though. Something about the browser interface seems to be wonky right now.
