Just got an email saying Beckett needs more graders. They've sent out emails like this in the past, but they always had some sort of rigorous requirements described, requiring a lot of experience to be able to recognize fakes, variations, and, obviously, accurate grading. But this one says,"An ideal candidate would be someone that has been involved with sports cards at some point in their life but not a requirement." Maybe training card newbs according to their standards is actually a good thing. Or maybe it's a huge disaster.
