For those wondering, the Dodgers declined to allow Seager to participate.

Also can't figure out:
1) Nimmo made it but Matz didn't.
2) No Blair or Shipley.
3) Carl Edwards (RP) made it but Gleyber Torres didn't.
4) No Sano. I'd prefer him over Kepler. His BP alone is worth it.

Seager not being approved could mean a call up and I believe Matz is on the way up too. Probably why they won't participate my guess.
