What kind of Ebay nonsense is this?

I won a Paypal dispute for not recieving bubble mailers, and then it still was showing I had to pay for item. I contact Ebay and here is response. Any ideas? Sorry for long read.

Thank you for writing eBay in regard to item #290303909938 (25 pcs #000
4"x8" Kraft Bubble Mailer Padded Envelopes) that you have been refunded
for by PayPal; however, you are still being notified to pay for this
item.
I understand your concern and will help you resolve this issue as
quickly as possible.

At this point, what you could do is to remove an item from your My eBay.
To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Click "My eBay" located at the top of most eBay pages. You may be
asked to sign in.
2. Under "Buy" or "All Buying" on the left, click the link that
corresponds to the type of item you want to remove (such as "Won" and
"Didn't Win").
3. Put a check mark in the box next to the item you want to remove.
4. Click the "Remove" button at the bottom of the list.

Uh.. just delete the item. It's going to say you have to pay because you got your money back, thus showing nothing to the seller. Really not that big of a deal and it takes two seconds to clear.
