Should I pull the trigger on this PC Orange 9.5?

I offered him 40 which was countered with $50. What do you guys think? I'm actively trying to complete the rainbow and someday I'm sure I'll buy the super on here from Josh Hamilton. I recently bought 2 raw golds for 18 and 20. Is 50 high for a PC Orange 9.5?

If I had a PC myself i would be buying in Novemeber and December personally.....i would check the population report if there are more than 10 then i would hold off, just my opinion. i don't think that card is going anywhere....offer him 45 at least.

IF you think this is your only chance of getting/seeing do it.

I am currently going after a lincecum gold ref auto and may have to pay book or over book, but if i ever reach my goal it might be my only chance at landing another
