I have about 25 of these cards from a fresh deck and they all have a scot at a 10. Psa is having a $6 special - no minimum but turnaround time varies. The sgc special is $8 no minimum 7 day turnaround. Where would you send these cards.

Me , personally, would send to SGC.

For post-war, I personally would go with PSA. I think that the majority of post-war collectors prefer PSA, while pre-war prefer SGC.
