How time flies. It has been almost 2 months since Manny was handed a 50 game suspension. At the time the Dodgers were in first place in the NL west and had the best record in the majors. It seemed like that would be the beginning of a downward spiral for the Dodgers. Today he returns to the lineup and who would have thought that the Dodgers would still not only be in first place in a admittedly weak western division but still have the best record in the majors and the only team with 50 wins. I hope he is able to contribute because honestly he didn't fare well in the minors this past week and a half. He should have feasted on single A pitching but didn't. Oh well, go Dodgers!
