I pulled one of those myself recently and I didn't hesitate before redeeming it. Selling it for $200+ might be attractive now, but I could never stop wondering , "What if...?"

I pulled one and sold it.
Once I saw some of the closing prices for the what I felt were some "good" pulls out of last years...it was an easy choice.
The chances of something that would sell for more than $220 are about 50 to 1. And while I'm a gambling kind of personality...I'm not an idiot.
