7 innings, 2 hits, 0 runs, 10 Ks, and most importantly, only 1 walk. Outstanding game for Clayton.

Still sitting on (4) 06 BCDP Auto's I paid about $90/pop for, and it's looking more and more like I'll be able to break even or make money pretty soon. Also have a pair of Xfractor's I want to get $150/pop for, and again, looking good.

Edit: Just realized it's still 0-0; this guy can't catch a break! His lack of run support might have actually surpassed Johan's bad luck... 8-6 with a 2.73 ERA, what a joke!

Brad Ausmus has now left 5 runners on base.

Loretta in to pinch hit for Kershaw. Certainly a great performance for Kershaw!

89 hits allowed in 131 2/3 innings - that's bordering on otherworldly.

And Loretta strikes out. Denied another win.

Here are Kershaw's non-wins this season. I've bolded the ridiculous non-wins, it's pretty unreal:

5.0 IP, 1 ER, 6 K's - ND
7.0 IP, 1 ER, 13 K's - ND

4.1 IP, 6 ER, 3 K's - L
4.2 IP, 9 ER, 4 K's - L
7.0 IP, 0 ER, 3 K's - ND
5.0 IP, 4 ER, 5 K's - L
5.0 IP, 1 ER, 3 K's - ND
5.1 IP, 2 ER, 5 K's - L
2.2 IP, 3 ER, 2 K's - L
5.2 IP, 0 ER, 8 K's - ND
5.0 IP, 0 ER, 5 K's - ND
6.0 IP, 2 ER, 6 K's - ND
8.0 IP, 0 ER, 7 K's - ND

4.0 IP, 3 ER, 6 K's - L
7.0 IP, 0 ER, 10 K's - ND

All 6 losses were clearly his worse starts of the year, but I would argue he deserved to win literally each and every one of his 9 no decisions, which would put him at 17-6. Even with winning only 4 of the 9 ND's would he be at 12-6 right now.

Consider this - Kershaw's ERA in no decisions this year is 0.81! Ridiculous!

P.S. ESPN ain't got nothin' on me! Sportscenter wishes they had me as their stat guy!

He also has 72 walks, so they are getting on base.

Agreed, he has been walking a TON of people this year; in fact, he leads the NL in BB.

Which is why I stressed how important it was that he walked just one tonight.
