Is Scott Kazmir back?

His last few starts have been good, and outside one start in the last 7 he's been very solid.

His line vs Felix tonight:
90 PC, 6 INN, 2 HA, 2 BBI, 2 K, ER, 1.500 ERA, 0.667 WHIP

Maybe he just wanted out of TB?

His last start for TB wasn't too shabby either...6 IP 1 ER 10K

the problem is his last 2 have been against the Mariners whos offense has been letting me down all year. they have a nack to make anyone look cy youngish

still, much credit too him for making a good transition and not losing confidence

Getting back to a real pitching coach will help him too. I hope he can stay healthy.

and throwing a good amount of strikes, that was his problem in TB walking too many and getting high pitch counts.

BTW, the Rays traded him as they didn't want to spend the money on him. It's pretty sad, but sometime within the next 5 years they will have a starte to replace KAzmir.
