I just used bing.com and did not get instant cash back

Not sure if they changed their policy recently. I did use a separate ebay ID I haven't used in a while and that may be why I didn't get instant cash back. Has anyone else used bing recently and received instant cash back?

I haven't used in almost a week, but have used it a bunch recently and I've gotten instant many times, but other times not.

It must be hit or miss then. I used an older ebay ID I haven't used in a while but noticed they offered ebay bucks to my old ID. Guess my old ID is going to be my new ID if I can get ebay bucks from it.

I think if you pay from a Paypal balance, instead of using a credit card it is more likely that your cash is NOT instant.

It doesn't have anything to do with payment method. I only pay with my Paypal balance and one time I get instant and the next time it is not instant.

It would be nice if Microsoft would denote if an auction is instant cash back, or if you have to wait.

when I bought my BDP case with 20% bing, it was not instant
