Long story short, I bought the orange pulled here from Skrip, had it RCR'ed by BGS at Hofstra this weekend as 9.5, I let that buyer know it gemmed and gave him first dibs since he offered a strong offer raw. He paid immediately @ 1125 and the card was shipped today.
So no, it can not be that a raw got that price, but my RCR 9.5 did.
