Is this a little too high for this card?

I prospect but not on the pitching front because I feel that pitchers are a dime a dozen.... But anyways is this kid supposed to be the next big thing or is this shilled up or does someone need this for the rainbow?

I was seriously considering putting a bid for $400 on it. If you read the BA scouting report hes supposed to be pretty good... then his stats this year at his age confirms it all. I don't think its high price at all
