anyone on the Beckett boards - need help

>> (#2) Ha - I entered a Beckett contest.
It's the one where you had to draw on a baseball to win an Artball from Tristar.
They said boardmembers would "vote" for their favorites. And entries had to be in by June 1st.
Will someone keep en eye out for a Beckett thread with the entries?
I'm not a board member, but wanted to see the other balls.

Because of logistical reasons (print timing for an expanded presence in a second Baseball issue), we extended the deadline to July 1.

Follow-up question ... I just picked up my new Beckett.
Did the prize package change?
The last issue showed 5 balls as prizes.
This issue only shows 3 ...

Alright - calling for help again.

I mailed my contest entry about 3.5 months ago & never saw the contest run ...
I knew they "extended" the deadline a month;
but did this ever become a Beckett Messageboard or Magazine public vote?
Still like to see how it turned out ...

.........................Come to think of it, I dont think I ever saw the on-line voting either nor have I seen the results either..So either we missed it entirely or they havent run it yet?? Anyone?? I'd like to know myself..

Holy Crap those balls are amazing. I can only imagine that the prize for those balls pales
in comparision to the amount of work it took to do that to your balls.

little bit sad at this -

people spent $5-$15 on a ball
+ another $5 shiping;
and the contest ran for 2 monhs including a full-page ad;
and all we get are images of 3 contestants?

I'd at least like to see a gallery - or a "thanks for spending $15 bucks" eMAIL.
