Chris Huseby... I said Chris Huseby
I started watching him early last year when was converted from an underachieving starter to a closer... decent stats for the first time in his career (since 2006). I have a few orange Refs and a USA jersey I bought from Razor for more than his parents would have paid ::facepalm::
But I digress. He starts this year with 3 horrible games in the FSL and has an ERA of 16.57 and is mysteriously demoted ("Assigned to a new team/level") and disappears for 6 weeks.
He is now at Boise in the NWL, and pitched twice with decent results; tonight I check on Rafael Rodriguez's action and Salem-Kizer is playing Boise... DH? Chris Huseby who is apparently 1 for 3 with a double and 2 runs scored so far... so at least I have something to root for for my 22 yr old Rookie Ball 2-way stud. Thanks for humoring me.
