eBay buyer problem: "Seller cannnot accept paypal payments"?

This is the first time Ive run into this problem. When I went to pay for my item via paypal, I got an error message stating that the seller is unable to accept payments via paypal. I tried contacting the seller, but still haven't heard back (it's been a couple of days). If anyone has any idea what this message means, please let me know. I'm not sure if I'll just have to cancel the transaction or what. Thanks for any help!

I had this happen too. And on a nice JJ. Finally got a message back from the guy. I'm gonna have to go old school: Money Order ::facepalm::
