Are these rare/ worth picking up?

I was going to throw in a low offer on this, but then checked the sellers other items and he has a ton of these. Are these slightly rare or even worth picking up?

Make an offer since you collect him say around 3 bucks is good. I have a few of these from varies players and I got them with a Beckett magazine a few years ago.

They are rare, but probably not worth $10.

I have been looking for a 2004 UD Yankee Classics O'Neill with the same "UD PROMO" stamped across the front, and I've only ever seen one and that was in another person's collection.
