waited a few hours and decided he wanted to up his bid to 32.00. That's how you can end up with two bids on an item that only sends for the minimum.

I only eyed the auction because I've never seen a guy bid up a card 5x before anyone else bids.
In my paranoid brain I see it as potential Con where I drop five bids on an item not so much to schill it but to make it look like there "interest" in the card/auction
I also think obviously that not whats happening here since buyer and seller have so many feedback though

No, sometimes I'll bid up a card like that to see where the other bidder is. Particularly if I think the card may go for too little.
