A Little Help Please "Signature" question

Can somebody please tell me how to change the name on a LINK.

For Example, In my "Sig" i have links to my EBAY and Photobucket.......But they are the LOOOOONNNGGGG Full addresses, I have seen some of you guys that will post a "Link" to a Story of a Web Page, and name it how you want it like "My Trade Bucket" or "Linky" or whatever..... Can somebody please tell me how to do this.

If you want to link to this page for the word TEST, you type

{url=http://www.freedomcardboard.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=99543}TEST{/url}

but replace the {} with []
