I opened a case against a seller

Details you provided:
You have not received the item
You have tried contacting the seller
You paid on Aug 18, 2010
You contacted the seller through eBay Messages
The seller has not responded to you
The seller isn't working with you to solve the problem
You entered the phone number ***-***-xxxx
We will not share your phone number with the seller.
You wanted:
A full refund

Seller responded by sending tracking number that he printed postage on 9/1/10

When I check tracking it has no info

Seller is in NJ and I'm in NY

Now eBay is waiting for my response

Sorry but I haven't had to deal with this in a while and am not 100% sure of the protocol is

Does the tracking work? If it doesnt just copy and paste into the ebay notes showing nothing was shipped

Wait. Either you'll get a package or you won't, and you'll get a refund.

WHEN YOU GET THE PACKAGE - video record the opening of the package.

Had a rough couple weeks on eBay

No one is paying for the stuff I sold

And none of the stuff I've won is showing up

I had and item show delivered on August 19th after it shipped on the 17th...only to receive it yesterday September 7th.

man do i hear you, it is getting worse and worse by the day.
im also having 0 and 1 feedback guys winning and not paying,
and i keep getting people asking for partial refunds.
grrrrr
