I opened a case against a seller

The seller has not responded to you
The seller isn't working with you to solve the problem

We will not share your phone number with the seller.

A full refund
Seller responded by sending tracking number that he printed postage on 9/1/10
When I check tracking it has no info
Seller is in NJ and I'm in NY
Now eBay is waiting for my response
