on your photobucket..when you view your own images, you can usually see on the left hand side what the links would be for email/messageboard, HTML, or something else...select the one that says HTML. Then, when editing your ebay listing, when you go to the area to type your description, you can either do it under the "Basic" or "HTML" tabs. Select the HTML tab and paste your HTML link from photobucket in there. It should appear.

I was using this earlier, but when I preview the listing, the picture doesn't appear. Will that change when I actually list the item?

There's also an HTML generator on photobucket for a group of images, but I'm having the same problem with it not showing up when I preview the auction. Hopefully it works when I actually list the item?

In the box where you enter your description, are you in the HTML tab? If you enter it while under the Standard tab, it will just show up as text.

I hope they haven't changed anything again.
Eaby's picture service just plain sucks.
Hosting your own pictures is the only way to go.

you have to have </img> at the end

imagename.jpg
</img> and don't forget both the beginning and ending quote marks.

Not necessarily. It can be written as:

imagename.jpg

And quotes are not absolutely necessary either unless you have a space in your filename/imagename.

Yeah, I ended up figuring out that this was why it wasn't working.

It took a little while, but I finally got it to work.

Thanks for all the help and this feature will certainly be handy in the future.
