Yes, it tells you when it will clear and after it does you are good to ship

Just wait till it clears then ship. No big deal. I pay by echeck some and if its under $10 most sellers with ship it without waiting to clear.

don't even think about sending before it clears. Those can be cancelled or bounce

I wait for them to clear, I don't think you can print out the shipping label through Paypal if it is still pending.
I shipped a cheap order this year on good faith and the payment bounced. It was less than $10 but still sucked. I mean really, if someone can't cover a $6 invoice then get the heck off of eBay.

I had an Echeck bounce for $7500.Talk about disappointment.In the end I am happier with the card anyway.
