I want some cards shipped to me and was wondering if California residents required to pay the s/h handling charges?

I assume so, but I read somewhere that they aren't required.

Can someone clarify or point me in the right direction.

I had to pay it, hadn't heard otherwise.

Once you put in all your shipping information and pick all the cards you want shipped to you, it will then give you a total. If you have to pay the final total will show it, otherwise it will be 0.00. If you have a Strasburg card then all your cards you pick with that ship free. I'm sure there are other free shipping cards too, don't know which ones other then autographed.
