I've been playing around with this fee calculator here:

As an example I used an ending/BIN price of $200. It ends up that you pay 12.05% fees with the 0.99 starting bid route as opposed to the BIN which is 10.80%
I don't add options like bold, highlight, etc because it just eats your profit up ::facepalm::
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
