Stolen Ebay Picture Help

When I graded with Damian (prospectorsadvtange) he scanned me 4 of the cards I submitted and then I listed the picture of all 4 up on Ebay as I was selling my Posey True gem. Card has already been sold, but I noticed just now that someone else is using the exact same picture. You can even tell the subgrades don't match his subgrades, which already proves he is wrong, and the fact that it's my picture. What do I do to notify Ebay and report him? Just don't think it's right to steal other pics. Here's the auction (and if you want to buy it, don't, I have another Posey 9.5 so buy mine!

Report the item... all you need is the item # of your listing.

It happened to me, some idiot stole my scan but it was of an sp prospects auto so it has the serial number on the front :? Just click report auction and they should take down his or her auction down.
