You recently attempted to transfer funds from your bank account to your PayPal account.
Your bank declined the funds transfer on Jun. 28, 2011.
Had that happen on 2 out of about 8 transactions, both were payed via back up funding. The two that failed happen to be the only international payments. Now my bank has been disabled as a funding option. And before any1 asks yes there were plenty of funds. Anyone else have this happen before?
