I'm trying to figure out how Andrelton ranked higher than Robbie Erlin, who completely destroyed the Carolina League.

I'm trying to figure out how Andrelton ranked higher than Robbie Erlin, who completely destroyed the Carolina League.

Some scout told BA over the phone and they printed it. They aren't building rockets at BA.

Also, why BA is doing the Carolina League over the California League is because several scouts around the Cali didn't return phone calls in time.
