Anyone here familiar with those Nolan Ryan Pacific cards?

I opened a box tonight from 1991, and the last card of the last pack turned out to be one of those gold foil insert cards. Is anyone here familiar with those and how tough they were to pull? I know there were also a silver version which I guess was easier to pull. Still, that was the only insert I got in the whole box. I guess I should be greatful to even get that.

They sell for about $25 according to this...

Wow, I didn't know they even had gold versions of those cards. I gonna have to try to get a few now. Thanks alot.
