Does anyone on here make cut auto cards?

Saw a few people had custom cut auto cards, I was thinking about getting two made. Nothing with relics or anything, just the autos. Few questions about it, firstly obviously who can do it? Secondly, what would it cost? Thirdly, what would I need to provide besides the autograph and the money? Anyone who could help would be great.
