NEW PayPal Problem, anyone else have this happen?

Just won an item and went to pay then I got this email.
Someone else has an acct "CONNECTED" TO MINE!

3 times, but they are very cryptic about who, how, and why this phantom account is related to mine.

do you live in a apartment or even a townhouse that has say 123 Unit A, B, C and D
A friend of mine had this happen to him. he lived in a town home and his neighbor was stealing things from store all around the town and then listing on eBay but since they shared the same town and street name as well as physical address other then unit number, my friend had to prove it was not him. He actually had to have the cps tell eBay that the crook did not live in the same unit as my friend.

I hate eBay for this and many other reasons
