Am I covered?

I had a buyer email me about one of my items. He is in Germany. I told him I did not ship there. However, he said his parents are in Oregon and I can ship there. Since I have it in ebay messages then I should be covered if I send signature confirmation to them (it is a PO Box)?

Not unless the address via Paypal is the address in Oregon. If you don't ship to the Confirmed Paypal address, they won't cover you ... unless that has changed, but I highly doubt it.
