5-6 days a week.
Depending on my training schedule, and work schedule.
Weekdays are 3-8 mile runs. Weekend run is my long run of 10+ miles.

Right now my training is winding down, as I have a 1/2 marathon (my 3rd since last Nov) in 2 weeks.

Then I'll be ramping up again for my first full marathon in Oct (Baltimore Marathon)
