For those who don't want to read, Curt's video game company, 38 Studios, failed to make a $1.1 million dollar payment and is in risk of going under unless they receive even more funding from the state. Rhode Island already gave them $75 million and taxpayers may have to eat that cost and then some (estimated to be ~$114 million).
