36/14/4.

No Rondo and no Allen, but Pierce steps up big time.

I love Paul Pierce and have since his KU days (Larry Hughes brought up again LOL), but there is NO WAY he's #3. I wouldn't put him in the Top 5 and probably the bottom of the Top 10, if that high.

BTW, Havlichek is probably #3 for most people, but I'd go with Cousy. And McHale would be up there too...

And BTW, I liked them getting Sessions, and I think LA has a real shot at winning the West, especially IF they get anything from Blake like they did tonite.

No way he isn't top 10. Three is high, unless he carries them to a title this year.

Hard time disagreeing with Bill Simmons list:
10. Robert Parish
9. Bill Sharman
8. Paul Pierce
7. Kevin McHale
6. Sam Jones
5. Dave Cowens
4. Bob Cousy
3. John Havlicek
2. Larry Bird
1. Bill Russell

That list looks about right to me, but I loved "Tiny" and "Cornbread" as well...No "Tommy Points" for me LOL!

I think all four Series will probably end tonite, but I actually like Atlanta and Orlando's (both 10+ point 'Dogs) chances to extend it with wins tonite and then Lose.

I feel like Atlanta has given up. I guess if anything it would be if the Celtics lose the game or the injuries/fatigue set in. Joe Johnson seems to shrink around this time every year, and Horford & Smith aren't healthy. Teague has impressed, but without Johnson and the two bigs playing their best they don't have much of a chance extending the series.

And the C's come out at half and look completely dead.

You can tell when a franchise hasn't won a damn thing in a long time when they drop streamers and confetti when they win game 5 of series to pull to only down 3-2.

well the Hawks brass/amagement/larry drew is terrible. they need to trade johnson and smith for whatever they can get. and hire a coach who can actually implement an offense. build around Teague/Horford.

btw, great win for the Nuggz last night. Miller and McGee were the difference-makers. I think this series goes 7 now, and the exhausted Lakers will get killed by a rested, younger, and better Thunder team.

Can't wait for tonight. I hope the Celtics close out the heat tonight even if they don't have a chance against the Thunder. Maybe if Avery Bradley was healthy, but I just can't see it without him.

The game last night had to be fixed. I wasn't rooting for either team, but that was one of the worst called games I've watched.

Officiating in the NBA is a major problem right now, but instead of coming out and saying "we recognize the issue and we're going to address it in the offseason" they keep pretending there is nothing wrong. Every theory or joke about the league being fixed is their own fault. I believe calling an NBA game has to be the hardest sport to referee, and the instant replays, HD, and slow motion makes it blatantly obvious with the bad calls.

I love it when Van Gundy or Reggie Miller commentates the games. If there is a bad call, they will harp on it on and on and on, going just short of singling out the ref that made that call. The more attention each bad call gets, the more urgency the league should get to try and "fix" it. Officiating has been turrible all year.

Really Celtics fan? As soon as Lebron leaves the post game interview, your going to throw a drink at him right as he's walking back to the locker room?

Probably won't get no attention as the camera was on him just as the crew was transitioning into the post game show, but that is effing classless.

Yea, not a good look after how great the "Let's Go Celtics" chant was. Truly showed the appreciation this area has for this team. Not good enough, too old, etc... This team hasn't done anything but make it's fans proud this year, and the fans sent them off to Miami on a great note.

Funny, after all the experts predicted the Heat in 5, then flip flopped to the Celtics winning the series, have now gone on to say the Celtics are done. Maybe so, but I expect to see the Celts put up everything they have on Saturday. This team is best with their backs against the wall.
