I think this approach gets the prospective chefs better prepared for the pressures of running a kitchen than just giving them tasks to complete.

Depends on the flavor of chip.
We found a bag of BLT flavored Lays chips this weekend. After long hours of deliberation and weighing the pro's and cons, we brought the bag to its current location and proceeded to indulge in our new found goodness. The taste of bacon in a crispy chip, along with a turkey and swiss on rye with mayo, was a culinary delight not usually enjoyed outside of a 5 star restaurant.

Stoked for the Kings. Hope they hoist the cup tonight. Bad weather rolling through again, hopefully we maintain power this time.

Over/under on number of cars overturned and set on fire in L.A. tonight? I am leaning toward 3.
Glad for the Kings, but L.A. has way more than its share of riot-prone morons. Glad I ain't that close to ground zero.
