Hi,

The latest cards were sent out Today. I apoligize they were not out on Wednesday as I said. I had an issue with one of the cards (can not find it). I spend two days looking for it to no avail. I already talk to the member. So if you have not heard from me you are ok. I feel really bad because it was the last card the member needed to finish the champions set. I will be spending some of the weekend huntung for the card.

I am still waiting on a response as well. I think it is current, he probably just doesn't check it all the time. Sometimes I don't see my emails for a week or two because I get everything through IM's now. Maybe he is the same way?

It took me about a week to hear back regarding the card, made an offer less than 10 minutes after his response but didn't hear anything for about 10 days...sent a follow up and about a week after that I heard back. Then it took another week or so for him to ship. Trustworthy guy though IMO. I think he is in the process of moving and that could delay some responses.

Another thing, I bought about $60 worth of cards so that is a little incentive for him. If you're trying to get a steal from him, he might just be ignoring you. He is pretty knowledgeable about these sets, after all I think the NL wild card was the only set he didn't own and break up.

Alas, it had to be my awful luck for the Vizquel was the missing card. If it shows up or if anyone else happens to receive it by accident in their package, you know I'd love to get it. Anymore it's usually about 4-6 months before I see another card on my want-list, so it's especially disappointing.

Thanks Spikes, I appreciate you trying to track it down and will absolutely want to pay you for it. I'd be happy to send you (or anyone) a stack of misc game-used, serial numbered, and oddball cards as well...

For the record, it is card #72. I'll keep my fingers crossed!

Thank you for the info. I didn't make an offer yet, I just gave a list of cards I was interested in and asked how much he was asking. Besides, I'm not trying to rip anyone off. I just want to add to my collection.

Sorry to hear it. Spikes is a great guy though. I had some great deals with him going back to Beckett. Very happy to see him over here. If he says he's looking for it, he'll be scowering high and low. I really hope he finds it for you.

Yep, no worries, not upset at all with Spikes and know he's looking for it. I don't want him to feel bad.

Just can't believe I was so close to finally catching this one, and especially since it was the last parallel I need. Things happens, bad luck, ugh. I'm still holding out hope it still shows up though!
