Good morning.. (hey, i'm on vacation!!)

So I got an e-mail the other day from Upper Deck about a couple of cases I have open with them.. I called and talked with someone there and told them that one of the cases was for a case of 2010-2011 SP Authentic Basketball I opened that didn't have a case hit.. and the second case was about an issue I had when I keyed in an Exquisite Football Redemption card and it said the number had already been redeemed..

They said they would take care of it and look forward to a package this week.. Well it showed up today via FedEx..

Then for the missing case hit..

So UD came thru!!
