For all of you with those high temps, stay hydrated and such!

You guys ever check out Bana Water? Our 11U team has started using it during games and practice this Summer and it really has helped the kids with cramping and fatigue. It's not the best tasting stuff but it is tolerable and works great.

Dave - I've watched a good share of the episodes myself. The original story is local history and I always loved learning as much about it as I could.

Nellie was always my least favorite character in the book and show.

I was just in town the week of fathers day(2 weeks ago) for a human and civil right conference at the pat Greathouse just south of downtown
Friday on the 15th there was a hugh car show and it was Ottawa days that same weekend right.
