Found some awesome vintage paperbacks (sci-fi, mystery, westerns) along with a nice group of vintage movie tie-in novels from the 50's-60's.

Great stuff I had forgotten about!

I like the game, but I wish voting was based on stats and not popularity, and WS Home Field Advantage wasn't at stake.

I've only missed one in the past 10 years, and I hope to be in the stands in 2014

I'm glad Bryan LaHair made the team. He started out on fire, and even though he has cooled off, his overall numbers are still good. Great story because he's a guy who toiled in the minors for the greater part of 9 years, got a shot and blew it, and then got a surprise second chance and made the most of it. It will be an evening he never forgets.
