It would be nice if Frazier got playing time consistently like he has earned. Only reason he is playing daily now is because Votto is out. Once he is back Dusty will go back to playing him 3-4 times a week most likely.

You are definitely not alone - and unless your idea of a good time is counting days on the 25-man roster for a player, a perfectly understandable oversight. Personally, although the Brewers have not much to tout this year, they do have a pretty good pair of eligible rookies, though probably not as good as Frazier or Rosario. The Fiers vs. Miley debate is pretty interesting.

Alright, I didn't want to say it, because I was afraid I'd sound crazy (but I'll echo someone else's crazy statement): one of the biggest kick in the nuts this year with Milwaukee, is the way they've let down Mike Fiers. He gets no run support and even when he does, the bull-pen will jack it up. He'd at least be in the conversation with his periphs, if not for the fact that you need some wins for people to even take notice.

Dude has a sub-2 ERA and pitches close to 7 innings every time out. His WHIP is right near 1 as well. 3 ERs in JULY. THREE!

Oh well.

MLB considers a player to be a rookie if they have not had 130 at-bats or pitched 50 innings in the major leagues and/or have not spent more than 44 days on a 25-man roster for an MLB team. Players that are called up to the majors on or after the 1st of September do not have their at-bats or innings pitched count towards the 130/50

Lance Lynn pitched in 34.2 innings in 18 games last year. So assume he spent more than 44 days on the 25-man roster?
